This study demonstrated that the use of an individual work system resulted in higher levels of independent functioning, fluency, and generalization for all three participants. Overall response gains, as indicated by comparing performance across the participants and conditions, were substantial. The results were maintained through the 1-month follow-up. Consumer feedback indicated strong support for the intervention procedures, goals, and outcomes.
