Describes everyday, wartime, and ceremonial dress characteristic of the tribal groups of North America: Apache, Blackfoot, Crow, Iroquois, Navaho, Northwest Coast Indians, Ojibwa, Pueblo, Seminole, Sioux, and Indians of today.The buffalo horn on top was split in half, making two uniform sections, so that the headdress seemed to have two horns. The pieces were painted red or wrapped in red cloth. The left half of the headdress was dyed yellow, the right half red.
