Caraali is cleaned and stuffed with its own seed- covering, tamarind and seasoning, and fried to make kalounji . iv. The ripe fruit is used as seasoning. OTHER USES i. The wild form of caaraili (ban caaraili) is put under hens to get rid of lice.
