Entering graduate school may be an extremely stressful time for students and is often viewed as a transitional period of students' lives, one from student to professional adult. Often times, students are trying to balance personal and academic demands. The stressors could lead students to feel symptoms of depression, anxiety, and lowered self-esteem.
