Supplemental Restraint Systems (SRS) is a facilitated video training program aimed at automotive technicians with a basic understanding of electrical circuitry and electronics. Once the course is completed, technicians will be able to describe basic Supplemental Restraint Systems operation, including the operation of drivers, passenger and side-impact air bag systems.. Technicians will also be able to describe the use of passenger presence detection systems and the operation of the latest generation of qsmartq airbag devices that feature multiple-stage deployments depending on the severity of the collision.
