Now, wea#39;re talking about 80-mile per gallon engines, possibly by the Year 2004 in some of our cars. Wea#39;re talking about innovations in wiring the aquot;Netaquot; instead of further wiring for electricity some of our housing. ... but, overall, I think this is a sound budget proposal and look forward to the opportunity to ask some questions to the panel, and with that, I would yield my remaining time to my friend , Mr. Doyle.
