Even though I have a great training partner, I do train on my own at least 30% of the time because of conflicting schedules ... I listen to techno when I do cardio, hard rock when I weight-train, and alternative when I do my stretching or yoga. ... I want you to keep in mind that weight training should always be a part of your life. ... I really didna#39;t know much about cardiovascular exercise and didna#39;t really care.
